Issue Description:

      (1) A clear, detailed explanation of the defect or problem (e.g., "The product fails to power on despite being fully charged" or "No sound after connection")

      (2) Circumstances of the issue (e.g., when it first occurred, frequency, conditions of use)


Supporting Documentation:

      (1) Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect, product label (with model/serial number), and any relevant receipts or proof of purchase.

      (2) Ensure media files are high-resolution and clearly display the issue.
